Bridge 5th-6th BBQ
June 7 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Parkcrest Youth exists to spread hope with students by helping them connect with Jesus, their youth leaders, and each other. We create safe and empowering spaces where middle school and high school students can discover Jesus, deepen their faith, build meaningful relationships, and grow into who God created them to be as they worship, serve, learn, and navigate their place in the world.
Middle School students begin the service in the Worship Center, either sitting in the front left section facing the stage or sitting with their families. After announcements, they are invited to join us in the Youth Den for a message designed specifically for their age group.
On 5th Sundays and during special services, Middle School students remain in the full service. This rhythm helps build a bridge from childhood into active participation in the broader church community.
High School students are encouraged to participate in the life of the church by serving or by sitting with their Life Groups, leaders, or families during services. Students often gather in the front left section of the Worship Center.
This is intentional as we help integrate students into the broader life of the church during their high school years. Research shows that faith is more likely to remain strong when students build meaningful relationships with trusted adults outside of their immediate families.
Bible Study takes place specifically for High School Students every Sunday at 10:00 AM in the Youth Den, between our 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM services. This allows students to attend Bible Study and still participate in one of our church worship services.
During the school year, we have Youth Nights from 6:00–8:00 PM for both Middle School and High School students.
Students meet on the front patio outside the Worship Center, and our service takes place inside the center by the courtyard. At Youth Nights, students experience snacks, activities, games, worship through song, teaching, and Life Groups assigned by grade. We meet regularly from September through May, then take a break for summer and our summer event schedule.
The Youth Den is located through the Kids Ministry section and into the preschool courtyard. Head upstairs above the doors to the parking lot, and you’ll find us in Room 208.
We would love to connect with you. Feel free to email Pastor Manny to schedule a time to connect before your first visit, hear more about Parkcrest Youth, and get information on all things youth ministry.

Summer can be a season when students lose rhythm and connection, so Summer Nights gives them a consistent place to stay rooted in community. Throughout June and July, students are invited to gather for low-pressure evenings of connection, fun, snacks, and meaningful time with leaders and friends. While these nights will look different from our school-year programming, they are designed to help students stay connected to Parkcrest, build friendships, and have a welcoming place to belong throughout the summer.
