21-Day Journey of Rest, Reflection, and Reconnecting with God
Selah: A Time to Rest, Reflect, and Reconnect with God is a 4-week journey designed to help our church pause, breathe, and return to the presence of God at the start of a significant year in our church’s story. “Selah” appears throughout Scripture—especially in the Psalms—as a holy interruption: a call to stop, reflect, and realign our hearts with the heart of God. In a culture of hurry, distraction, and noise, Selah is an invitation to rediscover God’s rhythm of rest, reflection, and response. This series will guide our church family into a season of intentional spiritual practices—resting in God, reading His Word, praying deeply and formationally, journaling honestly, and fasting collectively for 21 days. By looking at key biblical moments where God’s people fasted, prayed, and paused, we will learn how God restores clarity, renews identity, and releases direction through sacred rhythms.
As we prepare to enter our 75th year as a church, Selah is more than a series—it is a preparation of the soil of our hearts. This season will help us hear God’s voice clearly, align our desires with His, and create space to receive the vision God is preparing to release for the next 75 years of ministry.
